Barre, VT & Naples, ME — In conjunction with the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series schedule release on Tuesday, officials with the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) are excited to announce the first two dates of the 2025 season at the Thompson Speedway oval.
The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series will return to headline the Saturday portion of the 51st Icebreaker season opening weekend on Saturday, March 29 and return to kick-off Wednesday night racing at the Big-T on Wednesday, May 14. Lap distances and partnerships for these two events are to-be-announced by ACT, PASS and Monaco Modified officials.
“It worked out pretty well for all involved adding Thompson to the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series’ schedule in 2024 – hands down drawing the largest car count and biggest crowd of World Series weekend,” said Renee Dubius, Director of Series Development for the Monaco Modifieds. “With Thompson’s Ice Breaker as our season opener, we’re looking forward to starting the season off on the same foot in 2025.”
“(We) also view it as a huge compliment that Thompson Speedway management wants the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series to start their Wednesday shows off on a strong note.”
“Both Tom (Mayberry) and I are excited to share this first piece of the puzzle for 2025,” said ACT managing partner Cris Michaud. “The Monaco Modifieds put on a fantastic show at the World Series and we’re glad to have them start their season strong with us at Thompson Speedway next spring.”
The full 2025 Thompson Speedway schedule and updated rule books are expected to be finalized and ready for publication in the coming weeks. Keep on the lookout online at www.thompsonspeedway.com for more information as it becomes available.
