MARKETING:
     The Thompson International Speedway offers unique, high-visibility exposure programs. The speedway prides itself in it’s 68th season as the original Super Speedway of the northeast. Located in the northeast corner of Connecticut, it is only moments away from a triangle of major marketing areas. Thompson International Speedway is just twenty minutes south of Worcester, forty-five minutes east of Hartford, and forty minutes north of the Norwich/New London area -- the home of both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos.
     Racing at Thompson Speedway features two of NASCAR’s premier touring divisions, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour and the Busch East, Grand National divisions. Additionally, the speedway offers six NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly divisions.
     This premier NASCAR race facility has been the proving ground for many nationally known drivers. Geoffrey, Brett and Todd Bodine, Steve Park, Jimmy Spencer, Ron Bouchard, Mike McLaughlin, Randy LaJoie and Jeff Fuller have all competed successfully at Thompson and moved on to major NEXTEL Cup competition. Also, Ted Christopher secured the National NASCAR Weekly Racing Series title competing at Thompson International Speedway during the 2001 racing season.
EXPOSURE:
     Thompson International Speedway offers one of the very best values in NASCAR motorsports. Several unique, high-visibility exposure programs are available. We can custom tailor a unique program using billboards, banners, flags and midway product displays.
  • BILLBOARDS:  Size, location and construction may vary in billboard placement. Thompson offers racetrack corporate size billboards in the following sizes: 5’ x 16’ -- 8’ x 20’ and 14’ x 48’.  These highly visible billboards are located strategically in Turns 2 and 3 facing the main grandstand area.   • MIDWAY PRODUCT DISPLAYS:  Thompson International Speedway offers its promotional partners the opportunity to set up commercial displays in the midway. This may include new vehicle displays, product sampling and commercial exhibits The cost of midway product displays may vary based on your specific needs. Prices begin at $500.00 and may vary based on the type of event and other promotional arrangements.
  • PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS:  Thompson International Speedway offers it’s promotional partners the opportunity to air pre-approved commercial advertisement spots during the race program. A licensed broadcast announcer may read copy and promotional tags promoting your business at no additional fee.
CORPORATE VIP:
     Thompson International Speedway offers one of the very best values in NASCAR motorsports -- our Corporate VIP Sponsor Package.
     Several Corporate VIP Packages are offered providing a tremendous opportunity to join America’s fastest growing sport, and take full advantage of a custom tailored VIP program. These programs are as varied as your needs may be and can offer you the exclusive use of a Corporate VIP Suite, a special tented location overlooking the Speedway in Turn 4 with special VIP seating sections located in the grandstands. Along with these VIP locations, Thompson International Speedway is in a unique position to offer full deluxe catering which can be tailored to your specific needs and desires. In addition, your company will be afforded extensive race-day promotion through broadcast public address announcements, product display areas, commercial banner representation, and official pre and post race photo opporutnities.
     In addition to the above options, Thompson International Speedway can also provide VIP meeting areas, and special banquet hall accommodations seating up to 300 of your special guests. The facility also has available an 18 hole Championship Golf Course which can be reserved for your special needs.

VIP ACCOMMODATIONS:
Thursday Night Thompson Thunder or Family Fun Night Event

  • Hospitality Tent: 
    • A tent will be provided in the Turn 4 area with reserved grandstand seating adjacent to the tent for a minimum of 100 people. The tent includes food which may consists of: hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ chicken, potato salad, chips, salad, watermelon and soda. Menu may be adjusted upon request.
    • Special wristbands will be provided in advance which allow access to the tent area.
    • Price per person is $30.00 or $35.00 depending on the event (includes grandstand admission)
    • An additional fee for the VIP Tent - depending on size - will be charged.

  • VIP Suite :  The VIP Suite, which is located on top of the grandstands above the main entrance, can be provided for a maximum of 30 people (minimum of 20 people).  This includes pit & paddock area admission (note: individuals must be 16 years of age or older  - otherwise a general admission ticket will be provided). An additional $3.00 per person admission will be added if it is a special event Thursday night program.
    • Option 1:($50.00/$53.00 per person)
        A open bar, cheese and cracker board, and four (4) hors d’oeuvres.
    • Option 2: ($65.00/$68.00 per person)
         A open bar, cheese and cracker board, four (4) hors d’oeuvres, a full course meal of boneless breast of chicken, vegetable, potato and dessert.
    • Option 3:  ($75.00/$78.00 per person)
         A open bar, cheese and cracker board, four (4) hors d’oeuvres, a full course meal of steak, vegetable, potato and dessert
VIP HOSPITALITY --- MAJOR EVENTS:
